Job summary

Provntalent is seeking an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on AI expertise to rapidly prototype and validate an agentic architecture. You will design multi-agent workflows, explore orchestration frameworks, integrate large language models, and assess long-term product feasibility.

This greenfield project offers significant influence over technical direction and roadmap. The role is hybrid, based in Edinburgh, with an initial 3-month outside IR35 contract and a competitive day

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering background with Python.
• Hands-on experience building production AI applications.
• Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with modern LLMs including OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including testing and SDLC.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment and validate technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior technical stakeholders.
