Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior Developer Relations leader to accelerate the integration of NVIDIA technologies across the Energy & Utilities ecosystem in EMEA. The role focuses on utilities, power systems, grid software and ISVs, with some support for Oil & Gas and related energy applications.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.
5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the designated ecosystem.
Experience leading developer programs in the Energy vertical and ISVs.
Proficiency in HPC, cloud, AI/ML, or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
Excellent ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience leading collaborations with engineering and product teams (architecture design, code reviews, mentorship, talks/workshops).
Ability to structure and implement sophisticated technical engagements with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted technical advisor for the Energy & Utilities and EMEA partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
Build strategic relationships with power/utility ISVs, grid operations, simulation, and digital twins.
Advise on technical enablement resources and demonstration pipelines.
Guide partners and startups through onboarding and NVIDIA programs for co-innovation.
Map and track the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and adoption strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive developer engagement and partner adoption strategies.
Engage with partner teams to identify goals and promote best practices for integration.
Represent partner needs to NVIDIA product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps.
