Job summary

Equity Energies is seeking a Senior Energy Management & Reporting Analyst to take ownership of key client portfolios, ensuring utility data is captured, validated and reported with accuracy. You’ll work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver insightful reporting, budgeting and energy management guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utility Broker, Energy Consultancy or Utilities Management.
• Understanding of utility data, billing, reporting and energy management.
• Experience managing client portfolios and delivering timely reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to prioritise multiple client requirements.
• Experience with Systems Link is advantageous.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client portfolios and ensure data accuracy.
• Collect, validate and process energy, water and utility data.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain client portfolios within technology platforms for reporting and budgeting.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc client reports.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and service delivery.
• Build relationships with utility suppliers and resolve queries.
• Support KPI tracking and departmental reporting.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and other projects.
