Qualifications

• University degree in management, engineering, economics, geosciences, petroleum engineering, or other disciplines with a quantitative or technical focus.
• Experience/internships/full-time roles in the oil and gas sector or energy sector experience is a plus.
• Interest in energy, decarbonization knowledge is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and learning mindset.
• Advanced numerical modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• You will provide daily problem-solving, structuring, modeling, and analytical support for Energy Solutions tools and analyses.
• You will gather information to develop tools/benchmarks and synthesize findings into McKinsey-format products.
• You will collaborate with experts to solve client problems and grow your analytical capabilities.
