Job summary

Equity Energies is seeking a Senior Energy Management & Reporting Analyst in Coventry. You will own key client portfolios, ensure accurate utility data capture, validation and reporting, and work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver insightful reporting and budgeting support.

You will monitor data accuracy, identify anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality energy management services.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility data, billing, consumption reporting and energy management processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of assigned client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Collecting, validating and processing energy, water and utility billing data.
• Identifying and resolving data anomalies and billing discrepancies.
• Maintaining portfolios in technology platforms to support reporting and budgeting.
• Producing monthly and ad hoc client reports within SLAs.
• Managing day-to-day client relationships and service delivery.
• Building relationships with utility suppliers and handling queries to resolution.
• Supporting KPI tracking and departmental reporting.
• Training and supporting new team members and contributing to process improvements.
