Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an IM&T Technician to join the End User Compute team, delivering day-to-day IT support for staff at LTHT. The role supports a hardware refresh programme and requires Windows/Office expertise and at least three years in IT support, with site-based duties across LTHT facilities.

You will work within the EUC Operations Team at LTHT, with rota hours 8am–6pm and travel between Leeds General Infirmary and St James University Hospital as needed.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in an IM&T support environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the Trust.
• Evidence of being a team player and putting others' needs first.
• Good history of performance and attendance.
• Ability to work within clearly defined operating policies with little supervision.
• Sufficient skills to provide a quality service to Trust IM&T users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
• Support the ongoing Hardware Refresh programme to maintain IT estate.
• Cover 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, as per rota and travel to different sites within the Trust.
