Associate/Senior Associate – Employment – 4+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a boutique law firm based in Cardiff with a highly regarding employment team, who are looking to expand the award winning team.

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join the team at either Associate or Senior Associate level. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value matters for a diverse range of clients, supporting a highly skilled and expanding firm.

We are looking for a solicitor with:

• Post-qualification experience in employment with at least 4 years post qualification experience
• Proven ability to manage high-value and complex employment disputes.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, strategic advice.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
