The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in employment, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to client service.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification employment law experience with at least 4 years PQE.
• Proven ability to manage high-value and complex employment disputes.
• Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with ability to provide practical strategic advice.
