eNL is recruiting a senior Employment Professional Support Lawyer to lead a national PSL team within a growing Employment practice. The role blends strategic leadership, knowledge management, and technology-led delivery of legal content and updates across the firm.

You will mentor colleagues, champion automation, and shape precedents and training, working closely with Partners to drive efficiency and innovation in a Top 50 UK law firm environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in Employment.
• Experience leading PSL teams or senior practitioner seeking knowledge role.
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, leadership and tech mindset.
