eNL Legal in London seeks an Employment Professional Support Lawyer with 8+ PQE to lead the national PSL team within its Employment practice. You will shape the knowledge strategy, drive innovation and ensure delivery of high-quality legal content and training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE in Employment Law.
• PSL or senior practising lawyer with leadership experience.
• Excellent written communication, commercial awareness and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employment PSL team, shaping knowledge strategy and driving innovation.
• Champion technology and automation, oversee content and precedent management.
• Ensure the team stays at the forefront of legislation and best practice.
• Mentor, share knowledge and drive continuous improvement across the practice.
