Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited seeks an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (Employment) to lead a national PSL team within a growing Employment practice. You will shape knowledge strategy, drive innovation, and oversee precedents, content, and updates while championing automation and training.

The role requires 8+ years' PQE in employment law, strong leadership, and the ability to align legal knowledge with business needs across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in Employment law with PSL experience or senior practising lawyer transitioning to knowledge role.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Proactive approach to technology, automation, and training in a knowledge environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employment PSL team and drive knowledge strategy across the firm.
• Oversee content, precedents and legislative updates, and champion automation.
• Collaborate with Partners and train colleagues to enhance knowledge delivery.
