Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting an Employment PSL to lead a national PSL team within the firm'sEmployment practice in London. The role focuses on strategy, knowledge management, automation, and high-quality training to keep the team at the forefront of employment law.

You will mentor and shape content and precedents, work closely with Partners, and drive innovation and digital delivery across the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience leading PSL or knowledge management initiatives.
• Proactive in technology, digital innovation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employment PSL team on a national scale.
• Shape the firm’s knowledge strategy and drive innovation across the practice.
• Oversee legal content, precedents, training, and knowledge delivery.
• Mentor colleagues, foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
