Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking an experienced Employment Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) in the West Midlands. The role suits an Employment Solicitor moving into PSL or a PSL with a strong practice background, to support knowledge management and training across a national firm.

You will monitor changes in employment law, prepare know-how resources, and deliver training while collaborating with Partners to enhance the team’s profile and client offerings across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experienced Employment Solicitor with a strong technical understanding of employment law.
• Genuine interest in knowledge management and development of others.
• Excellent drafting and research skills with a commercial approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative changes, case law and developments in employment law.
• Prepare and update know-how, precedents, templates and guidance notes.
• Produce client briefings, newsletters and articles on key developments.
• Deliver internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support business development and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Partners and fee earners to identify knowledge gaps and improve practices.
• Help develop the employment team's profile across the firm.
