Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Employee Share Plan team. You will design and implement employee incentive schemes for a wide range of listed and private clients, applying strong legal drafting and tax skills.

You will advise on structuring and governance of share plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align incentives with clients' strategies, and support junior colleagues through mentoring.

Qualifications

• Professional services firm experience or relevant industry role preferred.
• Experience with employee incentive arrangements and client-facing advisory work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes for listed and private clients, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Advise on structuring, operation, and governance of employee share plans with cross-functional teams.
• Undertake detailed technical analysis and high-quality legal drafting to support robust incentive proposals.
• Monitor legislative and market developments and contribute to PwC's reward offerings; mentor junior team members.
