HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations Advisory in a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will own the most complex employee-relations matters and provide risk-based, executive-level guidance across HR, Employment Legal and Risk teams.

You will lead investigations, advise on change programmes and ensure compliance within a global financial services context. Strong communication and diplomacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial track record as a senior Employee Relations specialist.
• Experience leading complex employment investigations and settlements.
• Expertise in TUPE programmes and organisational change.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Taking senior-level ownership of the most complex, sensitive and high-risk people matters across the organisation.
• Producing authoritative, executive-quality written advice, decision papers, outcome letters and stakeholder briefings.
• Advising senior business and HR leaders on complex employment matters with risk management in a regulated environment.
• Setting standards for the quality and consistency of ER advice and coaching HR colleagues.
• Leading enterprise-wide ER initiatives and acting as the subject-matter expert for designated areas.
• Influencing senior stakeholders to strengthen capability and proactively support culture and priorities.
