Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support the European ER Centre of Expertise.

Based across Walsall Processing Centre and Rugby EComm sites, you will advise HR Partners, lead ER investigations, and coordinate tribunal processes while travelling to provide ER support across the UK. You will apply employment law knowledge and foster compliant solutions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations across UK operations (ER case management, policy, legal compliance).
• Ability to provide compliant HR guidance to Business Partners and HRSC.
• Evidence of influencing stakeholders and handling complex ER investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice to HR Business Partners and HR Service Centre in line with legislation and TJX policy.
• Act as SME for ER case activity at Walsall PC and Rugby PC, delivering high‑quality guidance.
• Lead ER investigations and coordinate tribunal claims with internal Legal teams.
• Support change management and update policies, tools, and letters as needed.
• Maintain ER case data in ServiceNow and generate monthly trend dashboards.
