Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Experience providing remote ER support.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Experience in a Shared Service or busy HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Give managers compliant ER guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, investigations and general casework.
• Handle escalated queries from HR Services and log in the CSM system.
• Help managers prepare for meetings and understand responsibilities and process.
