We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations (ER) Manager to work alongside the Head of ER in shaping and delivering the ER strategy for a leading fintech organisation.

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager with a strong background in financial services to provide expert ER and regulatory advice to the business, CPO, and HR business partnering team.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will:

  • Partner closely with the Head of ER, CPO, and HR business partnering team to develop and implement ER strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Support the business in managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.
  • Work proactively to enhance workplace policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of ER practices with the latest financial services regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and provide strategic advice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
