Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace seeks a knowledgeable and globally experienced Senior Manager Employee Relations & Compliance. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company's employee compliance programs and reporting systems. The successful candidate will ensure all employee-related activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, while providing accurate and timely reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies. This individual will conduct risk assessments, foster process automation, and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards, Data & Analytics, People Leaders, Employees, SMEs, and internal and external Counsels across EMEA, APAC, NORAM and LATAM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive employee compliance programs ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage P&C risk assessments, participate in audits, respond to vendor requests, and fulfill certification requirements globally.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Create reporting systems to monitor compliance metrics and maintain accurate records of activities, investigations, and outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive compliance approach and serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries.
  • Define compliance strategies, metrics, policies, and lead automation efforts.
  • Conduct internal investigations, develop remediation recommendations, and document outcomes.
  • Review policies for risks, interpret and communicate ER policies, and monitor legislative trends.
  • Provide guidance and training to minimize compliance issues and handle complex issues with solutions.

Success factors:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like German, French, Spanish are a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of global compliance, employment laws, and risk management.
  • Experience with complex investigations and certifications like Compliance Officer is favorable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Technical skills and automation experience are preferred.
  • High integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
