This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company's employee compliance programs and reporting systems. The successful candidate will ensure all employee-related activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, while providing accurate and timely reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies. This individual will conduct risk assessments, foster process automation, and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards, Data & Analytics, People Leaders, Employees, SMEs, and internal and external Counsels across EMEA, APAC, NORAM and LATAM.
