Are you passionate about fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace? We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join an outstanding Investment Manager with global presence, who are the best at what they do.

This role will work directly with senior management to resolve complex cases, curate training and resources, and leverage expertise and aptitude in analytics to advance their employee relations philosophy while mitigating business risk.

This is a brand-new role, with the opportunity to truly shape the future of Employee Relations across the firm, act not only on case-management but coaching senior leadership and employees.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Legal on complex employee relations matters.
  • Lead impartial and thorough internal investigations, ensuring fairness, consistency, and timely resolution.
  • Design and deliver training and resources on performance management, coaching, and feedback in partnership with Talent Development.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of a new ER case management system.
  • Analyse ER data and trends to develop actionable insights and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of ER dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing complex cases, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—calm, tactful, and objective under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical solutions.
  • A collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a passion for doing the right thing.
