Qualifikationen

• Strong ER background with multi-site experience.
• Experience handling disciplinaries, grievances and long-term sickness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Support ER Manager with caseload and projects, deputising when needed.
• Provide impartial, commercial advice to managers and ER Specialists.
• Manage high-volume dispute resolution cases end-to-end.
• Develop and update ER policies and templates.
• Plan workload and coach the ER team.
• Deputise for Head of HR as required.
