Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations. You will report to the HR Business Partner and act as the ER subject matter expert across the organisation, delivering practical guidance while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies.

Based in the UK, the role involves managing complex casework, policy development, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive positive employee relations and business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisory or Employee Relations role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience delivering training and coaching to managers.
• Ability to manage sensitive investigations and complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations and UK employment law, providing pragmatic advice to managers.
• Lead and manage end-to-end resolution of ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen capability in people management.
• Design and deliver manager training and toolkits for best practices in HR.
