Job summary

Churchill Services is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team. Based in the UK, the successful candidate will provide expert ER guidance to managers on absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and related processes, while upholding inclusive practices.

You will support Head of HR with ET3 forms and Employment Tribunal bundles, create confidential ER reports, and contribute to policy development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in private sector ER with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage high volumes of ER cases with prioritisation.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice on absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies.
• Assist with ET3 forms and tribunal bundles.
• Create confidential monthly ER case and turnover reports.
• Support HR processes and policy development.
