Job summary

Churchill Group, based in Gateshead, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the HR team with complex ER cases across the business.

You will provide expert, inclusive guidance on absence, disciplinaries, grievances and ET3 forms, and produce confidential monthly ER reports to identify trends and improvements. The role emphasises fairness, inclusion and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Private sector ER experience with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage high volumes of cases with prioritisation.
• Understanding of TUPE, DBS, security vetting and relevant processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice on absence, disciplinaries, grievances.
• Assist with ET3 forms and Employment Tribunal Bundles.
• Create confidential monthly ER reports and identify trends.
• Support development of ER processes and policies.
• Stakeholder management and communication with managers.
