Job summary

Churchill Services in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team. You will provide expert, inclusive advice on ER cases including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances, supporting a diverse management group across the business.

You will work with the Head of HR to complete ET3 forms and Employment Tribunal Bundles, and produce monthly confidential ER reports to identify trends and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in private sector ER with commercial awareness.
• Strong understanding of employment law and ER processes.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers through ER case handling with fairness and inclusivity.
• Ensure policies are followed while promoting equality and inclusion in ER matters.
• Assist with ET3 forms and Employment Tribunal Bundles.
• Create confidential monthly ER reports on cases, tribunals, and turnover.
• Take on ad-hoc projects to improve ER processes and policies.
