A leading organization in the care sector is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to strengthen their People Team. This role focuses on supporting managers in addressing people challenges and ensuring adherence to legal standards while fostering a positive workplace culture. The position is mainly home-based, demanding regular travel to various locations and offers a competitive salary with additional benefits.
We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team.
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Base: home based with regular travel to the homes
Pay rate: £49,000 per annum plus car allowance
We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team. In this role you’ll get to spend a good amount of your working time in each of the homes, working with managers and colleagues to identify, advise and resolve different people challenges in areas including performance, conduct, engagement and compliance. You’ll also work alongside the other members of the People Team, supporting change initiatives and ensuring they align to the existing and emerging legal framework and best practice approaches. This role gives you the opportunity to build a whole range of skills- technical, casework, projects of work as well as personal development as you get exposure to a wide range of people disciplines as the team develops the overall people approach at Elizabeth Finn Homes.
