Job summary

Isio is seeking a Senior Account Executive (North) in Employee Benefits to drive growth by developing new business and strategic partnerships. You will lead end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing, targeting mid-to-large corporate clients in the UK with a consultative, solution-focused approach.

You will build relationships with HR, Finance and C-suite stakeholders, shape propositions with internal teams, and collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in originating a pipeline of sales opportunities in mid-corporate and large corporate space.
• Ability to identify, approach and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Track record of successful conversion of opportunities and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet new revenue targets.
• Identify and engage HR, Finance, Procurement and C-suite stakeholders in target organisations.
• Understand client needs and feed into proposition teams to tailor solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, proposals, pricing, contracting and closing.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape campaigns and events to generate qualified leads.
• Work with internal teams to maximise opportunities and win rates.
