Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is expanding its Mental Health in Schools Team within CAMHS and seeks an Educational Mental Health Practitioner or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner who has progressed to supervisory responsibilities. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for business use.

You will supervise EMHPs and contribute to whole school approach initiatives. You will manage a caseload of children and families, provide CBT‑based low intensity interventions,

Qualifications

• Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) qualification.
• Low Intensity Supervision qualification.
• Registration with a relevant professional body.
• Strong written communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and interventions for children in schools and other settings.
• Offer supervision to EMHPs and supervisees within the team.
• Lead Whole School approaches and link with schools to improve engagement.
• Deliver training, consultation, and advice to schools and agencies.
