Job summary

Arm Limited in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join a small, high-impact team providing hands-on technical assistance across firmware, Linux, drivers and applications. You will manage support cases, perform deep debugging on embedded Linux stacks, and collaborate with engineering and central support to improve product stability and partner enablement.

You'll contribute to documentation, FAQs, and early asset deployments, helping customers onboard Arm hardware and software

Qualifications

• Embedded Linux stack expertise including kernel, drivers, and firmware integration.
• Experience triaging, debugging, and resolving software issues using C, C++, and Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive technical support cases to timely resolutions.
• Hands-on debugging across embedded Linux stacks (firmware, drivers, apps).
• Collaborate with engineering and central support to improve partner enablement and stability.
