Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks a Senior Project Manager for an ELVS project in Central London. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across pre-construction, installation, commissioning and handover, delivering complex ELVS with a focus on safety, quality and programme adherence.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and extensive experience with ELVS or intelligent building packages in London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large ELVS, MEP or intelligent building projects in London.
• Strong track record leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple specialist work packages.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience managing programmes, project controls and milestones.
• Competence using project planning tools such as MS Project or Asta Powerproject.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team and ensure delivery.
• Develop and manage baseline programme; monitor milestones.
• Control costs, forecasts and variations; negotiate with subcontractors.
• Oversee risk reviews, safety and compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and client training.
• Drive timely reporting and post-handover close-out.
