Job summary

Crucial People is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex BMS, Smart Building, Security and ICT projects on a major London development. You will manage mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, profitability and on-schedule delivery.

As the lead interface between clients, main contractors and internal teams, you will steer multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and change control, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale BMS, smart building, security, ICT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and change control.
• Strong commercial awareness and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation through commissioning and handover to ensure safe, profitable delivery.
• Drive projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, contractors and internal teams.
