Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver a complex ELVS package in London. You will lead a multidisciplinary team from pre-construction through handover, coordinating BMS/EMS and CNS integrations and ensuring programme, cost and quality targets are met.

You will drive risk management, contract administration and client liaison, with hands-on experience in ELVS or intelligent building projects and proficiency with MS Project or Asta Powerproject.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale ELVS, MEP or intelligent building projects in London.
• Strong track record of guiding multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple specialist work packages.
• Commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience managing programmes, project controls and milestones.
• Competence with project planning tools such as MS Project or Asta Powerproject.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team across planners, engineers and subcontractors, setting objectives and driving accountability.
• Develop, validate and manage the project baseline programme; monitor progress and forecast outcomes.
• Manage commercial and contractual issues; monitor expenditure, forecasts and variations.
• Lead risk reviews, quality procedures and health, safety and compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and client training, ensuring documentation is delivered to required standards.
