Job summary

Crucial People is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex BMS, Smart Building, Security and ICT projects on a major London development. You will manage mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, profitability and on-schedule delivery.

As the lead interface between clients, main contractors and internal teams, you will steer multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and change control, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Job description

Take ownership of the delivery of one of London’s most prestigious smart building developments. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value BMS, Security, ICT Infrastructure and Smart Building projects on a major new-build programme. This is a senior leadership role offering real influence over project delivery, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement.

As the key interface between clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will drive projects from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, profitable and on schedule. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme performance, oversee budgets and change control, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale projects in BMS, Smart Buildings, Electronic Security, ICT Infrastructure, MEP, Data Centres or Critical Environments, combined with strong commercial awareness and exceptional leadership skills.
