Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Test Engineer for testing a system where hardware, firmware, and software are all tested together. You will be responsible for managing the team and overseeing the process.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with the product and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality-based test plans.
2. Developing and evolving test plans for complex front-end and back-end applications.
3. Creating performance and load tests for various backend applications.

Key skills:

1. Minimum of 8 years as a Software Test Engineer with hardware testing experience.
2. Knowledge of firmware testing and desktop applications.
3. Experience in hardware testing.
4. Experience in implementing QA processes in projects.
5. Proficient in test management tools (TestRail preferred) and in defect management tools (Jira preferred).
6. Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
7. Agile testing, Test Planning, Test Automation, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Jira, C#, C++, Confluence – desirable.
