MBDA UK Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead electronic engineering projects from bid to delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, suppliers and customers in a hybrid environment to deliver great products while staying on schedule and budget.

The role requires a technical electronics background and ideally a project management qualification, with BPSS security checks. Flexible full/part-time options are available, with on-site days as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in an engineering environment.
• Confident in planning and managing schedules, budgets and risk, ideally with Primavera P6.
• A technical degree (ideally electronics) or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects to time, cost and quality, owning the plan, schedule, budget and risks.
• Work with engineering teams, suppliers and customers to keep everyone aligned.
• Contribute to bids and supply chain management.
• Coach and support Engineering Project Coordinators as they develop.
• Help us improve how we deliver, and share what works.
