Job summary

Zenovo is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Horsham. You will own electronics development from architecture through to production, working with software, product and manufacturing to deliver robust electronic products.

You will design hardware, define architectures, produce schematics and PCB layouts in Altium, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience in electronics design and development.
• Advanced Altium Designer skills (schematic capture and PCB layout).
• Experience taking products through full lifecycle from concept to production.
• Experience with component selection, derating, reliability and obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, verify and support electronic hardware across products.
• Define electronic architectures and practical design solutions.
• Produce schematics, PCB layouts and manufacturing documentation.
• Manage component libraries, standards and processes.
• Select components based on cost, performance and lifecycle.
• Support prototype builds, reviews and manufacturing.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects.
