Job summary

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Project Manager in Scotland to lead transmission and distribution projects from 11kV to 132kV. You will oversee planning, delivery, and handover, managing on-site teams across Scotland, including island locations, with a hybrid work model.

You will drive safety, quality and profitability while coordinating with SSE/SPEN regions, clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage key stakeholders.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety and compliance with CDM regulations.
• Experience delivering transmission and distribution projects in electrical networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover of projects.
• Manage project teams, allocate resources and ensure safe, on-time execution.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet scope and budget.
• Ensure quality standards and produce as-built records and reports.
