NG Bailey Group is seeking a Preconstruction Manager (Electrical) to lead a multidisciplinary team from design through construction. The role involves managing tender input, constructability reviews, and transitioning designs to on-site execution across multiple projects.

Hybrid working arrangement in Scotland is available. The role requires strong leadership, robust technical background in electrical or civil engineering, and chartership progression where applicable.

Formación

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Proven ability to lead teams of construction managers, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, OH&S, and SHEQ.
• HND in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent).
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).

Responsabilidades

• Design & Build focus across three phases: Tender, Post-Contract Award, Construction.
• Lead constructability reviews and contribute to project scheduling and quality plans.
• Manage project risk registers and health & safety files.
• Provide site support and technical guidance to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct lessons learned reviews for future projects.
