Job summary

Aureos seeks a Senior Electrical Technical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works across commercial and industrial projects in the Sussex area. The role includes supervising electricians and subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery in compliance with UK regulations.

You will read drawings, inspect installations, support testing and commissioning, and liaise with clients and suppliers to maintain high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards (BS 7671).
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate workloads on site.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings.
