Job summary

RTL Group Ltd seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an exciting commercial construction project. You will supervise electrical installation works on site, manage electricians and subcontractors, and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

Reading drawings, coordinating with other trades, and meeting project deadlines will be key. Strong knowledge of health & safety and previous supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.
• Manage electricians and electrical subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades and site management.
• Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Carry out quality inspections and assist with testing and commissioning.
• Manage materials, labour, and daily site activities.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
