Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Senior Electrical Technical Supervisor to oversee installation works across commercial and industrial projects in the Sussex area. You will supervise site teams, coordinate schedules and materials, and ensure high quality workmanship while complying with UK electrical and health & safety regulations.

The role requires supervising electricians and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and guiding testing and commissioning activities to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards (BS 7671).
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate workloads.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure works are completed per drawings, specs, and programme deadlines.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards and regulations.
