Job summary

Aureos is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects from inception through to completion in Scotland. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, developing programmes and budgets, and reporting to senior management and clients. The role combines office and site-based work with regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical projects in commercial, industrial, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations, distribution and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of contract administration & project financial management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour teams.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from tender handover to completion.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans and budgets.
• Coordinate engineers, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Ensure delivery meets safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Monitor performance against programme, cost and quality targets.
• Procure materials, plant and specialist services.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and reporting.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
