Job summary

Turner Lovell is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to lead and optimise performance on major transmission and distribution projects in the East Midlands.

You will manage multiple projects safely, coordinate design delivery, and act as the technical interface with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong knowledge of UK standards and excellent communication to ensure compliant, timely delivery and budget control.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of operatives.
• Background in electrical design, protection & control.
• Experience leading/design delivery across concurrent projects.
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UK transmission or distribution standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work complies with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple and/or major projects safely, to time and budget.
• Ensure projects meet HASAWA, NRSWA, COSHH and related regs.
• Lead teams to maintain workmanship at the required standard.
• Conduct inspections and report findings to the QSHE department.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and identify learning areas.
• Implement safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Monitor teams within line management responsibility.
• Carry out daily risk assessments and maintain records.
