Job summary

You will manage operatives and subcontractors, coordinate activities, and uphold safety standards on a major UK infrastructure site. The position requires National Grid CP competency, previous supervisor experience, and appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Grid Person CP competency.
• Experience supervising electrical works on-site.
• Substation experience desirable.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• PPE and site access requirements must be met before attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works and site activities.
• Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to National Grid standards.
• Conduct daily site briefings and coordinate activities.
• Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
• Monitor progress and report to site management.
• Coordinate with other contractors and site teams.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety on site.
• Support lifting activities when qualified.
