TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a National Grid project in Melksham, Wiltshire. The role involves supervising electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with National Grid procedures, RAMS, and project requirements.

You will manage operatives and subcontractors, coordinate activities, and uphold safety standards on a major UK infrastructure site. The position requires National Grid CP competency, previous supervisor experience, and appropriate PPE.

Qualificações

• Must hold National Grid Person CP competency.
• Experience supervising electrical works on-site.
• Substation experience desirable.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• PPE and site access requirements must be met before attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical works and site activities.
• Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to National Grid standards.
• Conduct daily site briefings and coordinate activities.
• Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
• Monitor progress and report to site management.
• Coordinate with other contractors and site teams.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety on site.
• Support lifting activities when qualified.
