Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large electrical projects across London and the South East. The role is hands-on, focused on live, occupied environments, with careful planning, permits, phasing and client communication essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial electrical project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects in live/operational environments.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through close-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects across London and the South East.
• Take projects from preconstruction handover through to completion and final account.
• Coordinate works within live, occupied environments and critical client operations.
• Develop programmes, phasing strategies and delivery plans.
• Manage procurement, labour and subcontractors to protect margins.
• Chair client and progress meetings and ensure testing, commissioning and handover are completed.
