Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced electrical professional to join as Small Works Manager, overseeing multiple small projects across London and the South East.

You will manage estimating, client management and delivery, survey sites, price works up to £50,000, coordinate electricians and suppliers, and ensure safe, quality completion and handover on occupied sites. This full-time, on-site role offers autonomy over projects and potential overtime for out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience pricing electrical works from surveys and drawings.
• Ability to survey sites and prepare quotes for projects up to £50k.
• Strong commercial awareness around labour, materials and margins.
• Proven supervisory or management experience on electrical installs.

Responsibilities

• Survey client sites to define scope of works.
• Produce quotations and pricing for electrical works up to £50,000.
• Plan labour, materials, access requirements and project programmes.
• Coordinate electricians, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage multiple live projects and maintain programme.
