Job summary

McM Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join an established contractor in the North West region. You will lead electrical installations on apartment schemes, coordinating site managers, supervisors and subcontractors while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of electrical installation processes, and 18th edition compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel across projects in the North West.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical projects on residential/commercial schemes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and site management.
• SMSTS and 18th Edition qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes.
• Overseeing site managers, supervisors and subcontractors across projects.
• Programming, resourcing and cost control to meet schedule and budget.
• Liaising with clients, main contractors and project team.
• Ensuring works are safe, high quality and to spec.
• Managing site documentation, progress reporting and quality control.
• Supporting development of site management teams.
