Job summary

An Electrical Site Manager role is available with a well-established electrical contractor operating across the North West, based in Wigan. You will manage electrical installations on residential and commercial apartment schemes, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to keep work on programme.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and close collaboration with the project team and clients. There is a clear path to progression into a Project Manager position with training and development

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager.
Experience on residential/commercial apartment schemes.
SMSTS and 18th Edition essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Managing electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes.
Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work on programme.
Liaising with the wider project team, including clients and other trades.
Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification.
Supporting with site documentation, progress reporting and quality control.
Opportunity to develop into a Project Manager role with the right support and training.
