KLA Corporation in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the PVD Engineering team. You will design and integrate electrical systems for our advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment, spanning concept development through manufacturing support and field issue resolution.

You will work across safety, controls, power distribution, and instrumentation, collaborating with mechanical and software engineers, suppliers, and customers to deliver reliable products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in electrical design and development within industrial automation, capital equipment, or high-technology environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and validate safety-related control systems per applicable standards.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and specifications.
• Integrate electrical hardware with mechanical, software, process, and systems engineering teams.
• Conduct design reviews ensuring functional, safety, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Support product development from concept through qualification and release to manufacture.
• Investigate and resolve electrical issues impacting performance, reliability, safety, manufacturing, or customer acceptance.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
