Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Engineering Services team in the UK. You will apply your expertise across the project lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion, delivering designs that advance value for clients and support Net Zero ambitions.

You will lead design activities within multi‑disciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and work in a BIM-enabled environment using Revit to drive high‑quality outcomes across commercial, residential and education

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Electrical Services Engineering, ideally Masters level.
Chartered Engineer status via IET or CIBSE.
Excellent design and technical skills.
Lead design responsibility on Electrical Services projects.
Experience in multi-disciplinary design teams from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Design buildings to maximise value for clients and support Net Zero Carbon.
Lead electrical services design across project lifecycle from feasibility to completion.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated building services solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians while managing small teams.
